I'm going to write out my diaries from each week and my weight loss so I have a record of them. So week 1 - my first week at Slimming World. Weigh in is on a Wednesday. I can't remember the exact meals I ate so I will just write it how my food diary is and if I can remember I'll put it in brackets.
Week commencing 5th Febraury 2009
Thursday
Free food: 2 Bananas, pear, ham, orange, Muller light, chicken, salad
Healthy Extras: Milk, 2 Weetabix, 4 sesame ryvita
Syns: marg - 1, Houmous - 1.5, options - 2.5 - total = 5
Friday
FF: Banana, apple, Muller light, Super Noodles
HE:
Syns: CHINESE!! Muffin (I went out for a friends birthday and didn't hold back, I didn't realise how bad Chinese was until Saturday!!! Oooops!_
Saturday
FF: Banana, apple, bacon, scrambled egg, chicken, vegetables, Muller light
HE: Milk, babybel, potatoes, beans
Syns: 0
Sunday
FF: Pear, cucumber, Quorn mince, rice, mixed beans, oranges
HE: Milk, laughing cow cheese, weetabix, ryvita
Syns: Fab ice lolly - 4, Options - 2 - total = 6
Monday
FF: Tuna, Kiwi, chicken, green beans, sweetcorn, carrots, banana, Muller light
HE: Milk, LC Cheese, weetabix, potato

Tuesday

HE: LC cheese, milk, ryvita, Alpen bar

Weight loss = 6lb!!!!! HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORAY!!
